Dreams for a purist world to realise

As a Malay and Muslim, I'm 100 percent behind Dr Kua Kia Soong's propositions and resolutions in his two-part article [#1] Racial eyesores on Malaysian landscape [/#] (March 27), but they can only be realised in a purist world governed by a purist regime.
Kua's call for equal opportunity in its entirety is indeed very encouraging. However, I searched the entire world and found none of the existing earthly regimes advocating this. There might be some models in the past but, realistically, zero at present. Who's to blame?
