I am a little confused about Dr Mahathir Mohamad opening the International Islamic University (IIU). I have friends who enrolled in the university in 1984. Yes 1984! I believe the first president, the late Tun Hussein Onn had already opened IIU. Subsequently Anwar Ibrahim became president after Tun Hussein.

Pray tell, why must Mahathir insist that he re-opens IIU? What is the problem with this man? Is this a new Malaysia Boleh! listing?
