The quota system has served its purpose and like every other policy, it should be subjected to review. What was relevant decades ago needs to be adapted to meet the current needs.

We are heading towards the K-Economy. If we are going to deny citizens their well-deserved opportunity for a more affordable education in their home-country, where else can they turn to except to those who would give them the opportunity to excel.

And how could we expect them to contribute to their homeland when their homeland does not give them the opportunities available simply because they were born a different colour in the same land?

Can we not love our own people and not see talented ones as a threat? Can we not work together, share our resources and contribute to our own country for if there is the opportunity to give to a country, I believe that almost everyone will give to their homeland, unless their homeland does not appreciate them.
