Boot ISA out of civil society

I am no supporter of the Reformasi movement. But I am appalled that the Internal Security Act (ISA) remains in our law books.
In times of war, conceivably we can justify actions that we would not even entertain during normal times.
The ISA as it is practiced is tantamount to the punishing of citizens without formal charges and trial. It has no place in civil society.
I can't wait for the next general elections. My choice is clear. I will vote for whichever candidate who promises to work for the removal of this evil law.
