NUJ, working class must object to takeover

As I see it, the proposed take-over of two Chinese-language newspapers by the MCA-controlled capitalist group is detrimental not only to democracy, but also to the interests of the working class.
If bosses gang up and use the concentrated media to advance only the opinions of the capitalist class, the workers and salaried people would have no voice. It would weaken the bargaining power of the working people.
So, I hope not only the National Union of Journalists (NUJ) would oppose the bid, all unions and organisations of working people must voice out against the takeover, too.
