I have a question for minister in the Prime Minister's Department Dr Rais Yatim who recently dismissed his doctoral thesis-turned-book Freedom under executive power in Malaysia as an "academic exercise".

What about your comments in Australia about the previous Chief Justice? Was it an academic exercise as well?

Maybe, in future, the minister should categorise his speeches and thoughts so that we can be forewarned which ones are just "academic exercises" and which ones are for real.
