Times up Ling
I refer to your three articles 'Ling, don't stay on a day longer than necessary' (June 15), 'Nanyang deal illegal, declare Ah Lek and Chua' (June 15) and 'Go gracefully, ex-aide of Tunku advises Ling' (June 15).
I am a former branch secretary of MCA headquarters' success branch and former MCA life member. I am now a Singapore citizen (since Oct 1, 1988) and have loved ones in Malaysia.
I am a very sad to read the latest developments in MCA. With much respect to its president Datuk Seri Ling, he has overstayed his time and has to go (the messes he made including his son's) do not justify his continuance as the party president.
Datuk Chua is very correct in saying he loves MCA and Malaysia much more than the president. The same goes for me as a Singaporean, I love Singapore much more than the PAP.
God bless Singapore and Malaysia forever.
