I am wondering if the 32 central committee members who supported the deal are just servants of the MCA leadership or maybe they just don't have business sense at all.

If the deal really goes through, these 32 should act as the loan guarantors to put their money where their mouths are. If they are brave enough to do so, this may prove their sincere commitment towards this deal that they think will benefit MCA.
