The Islamic State issue has become a heated argument of late. Why is it so? Why is there so much bias against the concept of an Islamic state (or should that read Islamic/ syariah laws)? Why is PAS' idea of segregating men/women at counters or bus queues considered not feasible?

Why are we so arrogant in saying something is not feasible or practical when we are yet to find out what it is all about? Have we really looked at it constructively with an open mind? Thought it over before making accusations? Or is the word Islamic itself, a taboo that has to be opposed at all cost?

What we are asking is just the right to practise our beliefs. We are not forcing non-Muslims to become Muslims or be judged by Islamic laws. The common religious values has to be followed by all and everyone should be allowed to practice his or her religion to its fullest.

All religions ask people to do good and refrain from evil doings. Why is it difficult to accept that Islam only wants good for all mankind and the universe?

Don't blame Muslims for fighting for their rights when the rest of the world are united to fight the Muslims. Remember, Muslims are required to fight for their rights just as the rest of the world are.
