According to DAP's constitution, the secretary-general is the spokesperson of the party. So I find it very strange that on the issue of Islamic state, there are many DAP spokespersons. First, there is deputy chairperson Karpal Singh, then chairperson Lim Kit Siang and vice-president Lim Guan Eng, and now Life Adviser Dr Chen Man Hin. Secretary-general Kerk Kim Hock looks like he is only a chief clerk of the old men and their family members.

No wonder Youth Chief Teng Chang Khim has to call for a reform. There is obviously a heavy traffic jam in the generational highway of the DAP.
