Fuming over petrol-pumping antics of KLIA taxi drivers
The limos and taxis operating out of KLIA have this selfish and annoying habit of stopping at the first petrol station on their way to their passenger's destination, to fill up their fuel tank.
It is very exasperating to come back after a long haul journey by plane, and to queue up for a taxi, and the taxi driver, without informing the passenger, drives into the petrol station, hops over to the counter and than darts back to fill up with fuel, with more often than not very irate passengers sitting inside.
2) You will observe that the petrol station on the other side of the road, heading to the airport is not used by these taxis/limos.
Can Malaysia Airports Berhad direct their taxis/limos to fill up with fuel on their way back without passengers in their vehicles?
This disservice is surely tarnishing the image of the country and making tourists and locals alike opt for city taxis.
