Why were the Chinese community serving Dr Mahathir Chinese tea 'fit for emperors' ? Does he deserve such noble respect after he lambasted the Chinese community last year as 'extremists' and behaving like 'communists'?

This goes to say that after what has been said about the Chinese community, we still 'kowtow' to him? It should actually be the other way round. Dr Mahathir should serve Chinese tea 'fit for emperors' to the Chinese community for helping him and the Barisan National coalition secure victory in the 1999 general election!

The PM didn't even attempt to apologise to the Chinese community for making such serious slanderous accusations nor did he show any remorse.
