Why are you working or what is it you are working for? I ask this question because you choose to sit on your butt and allow human-made institutions to be abused and misused by the hegemonic powers-that-be.

I guess in the present day, being truthful is considered a blasphemy and the most difficult thing to do.

Yet a few like the Hindraf 5, Raja Petra Kamarudin and the Bersih people are the shining knights who are doing what is necessary for us to dissolve the affinity to race, religion, creed and following in order to serve the truth and reality that can actually exist.

Mr and Mrs Malaysian are impelled to follow a biased and corrupt system as it serves them individually as oppose to what serves humanity collectively.

Yes, sure, they can't please everyone but can’t they even take the trouble to voice their grouses through the various platforms that have mushroomed for our own goodwill and for the sake of humanity?

Then again, although we hold the truth that all humans are created equal and endowed with certain unalienable rights which ring a bell for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, nonetheless we chose to act in the due to the fear and intimidation instilled by the institution.

What can I say other than, ‘Yes, let's support the shining knights in our thoughts but not with our ability to act’.

It is not me or you who have lost their liberty, but these shining knights who cherish and endeavor in their activities for what is the truth and reality for you and me as opposed to our own individual need to serve only us.

We fail to see that governmental tools ie, parliament, the legislature, judiciary are installed to protect us and not to abuse us. We have seen a long gravy train of abuses and usurpation that infringes our right and yet we dance to the institution’s tune.

Some of us may even voice our grouses to our shining knights but without lending a hand to struggle for the cause of our society.

Maybe we are dogma-ed to certain concepts in life but if we continue to fail in our duty to provide new safeguards for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, then we have no one to blame but ourselves if these are all taken away from us.

Realisation is a powerful tool. Once realisation sets on you, you will feel like a hypocrite. Only when realisation dawns is there light at the end of the tunnel.

Let bygones be bygones, let's act now in unity to create a truly Malaysian community by our acts and commitment towards what holds for the truth and reality in Bolehland Malaysia.

Let's participate with our acts rather than being armchair critics voicing our frustration without any action.

A simple solution of an act would be by starting to get people to register to vote and attending and participating in any gathering that voices the grievances of the public and promotes what is just and fair and without any expectation.

Mr and Mrs Malaysia, let’s get moving and act as it is high time. You don't need a gullible so- called elected lot to decide the direction of 27 million people whose only desire is to aspire to greater heights based on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness in a collective manner.
