I am writing in reference to IA's letter, 'PM is on the right track', (Oct 3). Like IA, I am also a strong supporter of BN and Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

The reason I admire and support Mahathir is that he could change his stance very quickly and is also flexible. For example, not too long ago, Mahathir was very critical of the US and everything Western but now, he could be very pro-Western and pro-US too.

At the same time, he could give contracts to Osama's family to build KLIA even without knowing it. That is what I call real smartness. We should all emulate Mahathir for his great strategic mind.

Although we are a small country, we can play around with the contradictions of different ideological groups in this world for our benefits. And the marvelous thing is that the world does not seem to know we are that smart. Great job, Dr.Mahathir ! You make us Malaysians proud.
