How does one define a Muslim? From the emotional sentiment displayed by PAS leaders and other Muslims in Indonesia, they are declaring that Osama bin Laden and his followers are also Muslims.

Does that mean they hold and live by similar values of these Muslims in Afghanistan?

Women are beaten on the streets of Afghanistan because their veils were not properly worn. These men believe in using violence and taking lives for their own cause. They believe that taking innocent lives are justified for the purpose of their cause.

So please help me distinguish the difference between the Sept 11 terrorist attacks and the stand PAS' spiritual leaders have taken to support their brothers in Afghanistan.
