Opposition parties just politicking all the time
I have been following the news for a long time. When BN Bota assembly person crossed over to PKR, everyone was happy and clapping. No demonstrations about him at that time. When the vice versa happened, everyone is disgruntled and carried out demonstrations.
It's a double standard in their behaviour. I had seen this, too, during the 13 th general election.
When the petrol price increased to RM2.70/liter, the opposition merely brought the issue up to inflame the citizens. The citizens fell for and voted for a change in hope that it will bring the price of petrol down.
It's a global issue, that we must understand, but they politicised it. They carried out their objections by demonstrating in an around the cities. Now, the petrol price has decreased until RM1.70 or RM1.80 per liter so why don't they carry out demonstrations to thank the government?
You protest when you are not happy, but you don't thank when you are happy. They just make speculations to cook up things. Politics is just like a chess where if you pull some tricks, your opponent will fall for it.
Racism and petrol issues were being plotted but by who? We know that no government is perfect, but what's the difference when the opposition leader is politicking all the time by claiming crossovers all the time.
For god’s sake, stop all the politicking and concentrate on how to better the people's lives. To topple/take over a government, all you played up were racism issues. It happens so in history that many governments fell because of that.
The racist sentiments were played up when ‘someone’ was released from jail. Soon after Dr Mahathir Mohamad stepped down as prime minister, the whole thing boiled up. Before this, we never heard of a Hindraf. Why?
Did anyone ask why suddenly the Hindraf movement happened just before the general election? Is the Hindraf movement under the orders of someone? The time of the happenings were just too much of a coincidence to be true.
Is the ISA relevant? Yes, it is. The ISA is used as a way to stop the people from causing community problems instead of just terrorism. Is UUCA relevant? Yes. When you go to university, you are required to get knowledge and serve the community.
You can see the opposite in Indonesia where the students there just demonstrate due to political problems and cause instability. The undergraduates can judge for themselves but while in university, they must acquire knowledge which should be the priority.
I can see now that they are bring in the culture that politics is more important than any other thing.
Pakatan Rakyat consists of PKR, DAP and PAS. Each of them have their own agendas. DAP, is majority Chinese, while PKR is multi racial but majority Malay while PAS is majority Malay.
When talk about hudud happens, PKR is silent while DAP condemns PAS. Where is the Competency, Accountability and Transparency that you guys talk about? It's just to please each another.
I can't see the difference when PKR calls BN corrupt when they themselves are also corrupted by talking about crossovers.
The 12 th general election is over. Just do your work as wakil rakyat . You are no different too when you keep talking about dragging BN people into your PKR.
