I refer to the Malaysiakini report PM: They've disrespected sultan's decision .

We are all familiar with Umno's ugly political strategy - use racism and religious extremism to hold on to political power, no matter what the cost or damage to the Malaysian rakyat .

Now that Umno realises that Malaysians today will no longer tolerate the politics of racism, hate and extremism, it is resorting to a new underhanded strategy to gain the support of the Malay community: the false issue of derhaka against the Sultan of Perak.

Let us not forget that Umno, under Dr Mahathir Mohamad, was the one who removed the immunity of the sultans in Malaysia.

Let us not forget how Umno rudely protested against the Raja of Perlis and Sultan of Terengganu shortly after the March 8, 2008, elections.

Most importantly, let us not forget Umno's persistent corruption and use of racism and extremism to divide Malaysians.

Umno is the one committing derhaka towards the Malaysian rakyat on a daily basis.

Umno is so desperate that it is prepared to use Malaysian royalty as pawns in their dirty political game. Maybe 10 years ago, this strategy would have worked for Umno.

What Umno continually refuses to acknowledge is that Malaysians today from all walks of life are much more educated, politically mature and aware of their constitutional rights.

Umno, you can't hoodwink Malaysians anymore. Malaysians unanimously want you out of Parliament. Through your unconstitutional power grab in Perak, you have lost the mandate and moral authority to lead Malaysians.

You have shown all Malaysians just how corrupt and arrogant you are, to the point of using royalty as pawns in your underhanded political game.

Remember that at the next general elections there will be around two million more new and politically aware Malaysian voters who are just itching to vote corrupt politicians out of Parliament.

Umno, you have become irrelevant to the aspirations of all right-thinking Malaysians. It is no longer a question of will the Rakyat vote you out, it is now a question of when .

Speak up Malaysia: stop using Malaysian royalty as political pawns.
