When the product is ready for delivery, the government body then invites the suppliers to bid through an ‘open tender system’ for the same fabric material with the exact patented designs.

The catch is the successful bidder has to deliver the goods within three weeks. Such patented design fabrics take at least three months to design and manufacture.

So no one bids except, of course, our factory owner. So what is the big deal about an 'open tender system’?

Didn’t she see that it was wrong for a 15-year-old girl to be raped whether it is by royalty or a commoner.

Where was the mother? Was she a high-flying mother enjoying all the benefits and now crying wolf? These are good questions to ponder upon.
