Najib told to abolish media licensing regime

The Committee to Protect Journalists (CPJ) has expressed its concern over Malaysia's restricted media environment and has urged Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak to undertake reforms that allow for greater press freedom for the mainstream and fast emerging online news media.
