Three portfolios in the Kedah state executive council were reshuffled today following the appointment of Kulim assemblyman Lim Soo Nee to fill the seat vacated by Lunas assemblyman Muhammad Radzhi Salleh.

Lim, who was appointed state executive councillor last Wednesday, will hold the Community Development, Human Resources and Siamese Community Affairs portfolio.

M Manikumar now chairs the Tourism, Domestic Trade, Consumer Affairs, Indian Community and Estate Workers Committee.

Before leaving PKR on Aug 23, Muhamad Radzhi was chairman of the Tourism, Community Development, Human Resources and Siamese Community.

Amiruddin would concentrate on Industry, Investment, Science, Innovation and Biotechnology, he told reporters after the weekly executive council meeting here.
