No Influenza A (H1N1) death has been recorded since Friday and the death toll so far remains at 74.

Director-General of Health Dr Mohd Ismail Merican said today 68 new admissions with influenza-like illness (ILI) were recorded.

Of the 881 ILI cases in 99 hospitals, including nine private hospitals, 162, or 18.5 percent, were H1N1 positive.

Of these 162 patients, 37 were warded in the intensive care units with two being new cases and 31 having risk factors - 12 with chronic diseases, three with chronic respiratory diseases, seven obese cases, eight children under five years old and a pregnant woman," he said in a statement.
