The maiden state budget of Perak Menteri Besar Zambry Abdul Kadir for 2010 will be aimed at improving the welfare of Perakians.

Zambry, who took over the helm of the state government in February after the collapse of the 10 month-old Pakatan government, seems oriented towards the welfare of the man in the street in his proposed budget.
