'Cow-head' gang should move to Jurassic Park

While the Malays are generally good-natured and peace-loving, DAP parliamentarian Nga Kor Ming however believes that the 'cow-head' protesters should be grazing the fields in Jurassic Park due to their primitive mindset.

These people, the Taiping MP added, are not qualified to represent the Malays as their mentality remains trapped in a bygone era.

"I believe these people should migrate to Jurassic Park because Malaysia is such a beautiful country," Nga told reporters in Parliament today.

This morning, the protesters were charged at the Shah Alam Sessions Court with sedition and illegal assembly over the protest, which made it to newspapers around the world.

After the date was fixed for their case, the protesters brandished, stomped and kicked a banner with the faces of Nga, DAP stalwart Lim Kit Siang and his son Guan Eng.

The banner, which depicted the trio with horns, cautioned them against trampling on the feelings and sensitivities of the Malays. It read 'Don't be stupid like a cow'.

Later, they filed a police report against DAP MP (Ipoh Barat) M Kulasegaran for allegedly questioning Malay special privileges as reported in Utusan Malaysia.

Kulasegaran: Nothing unsual

Speaking at the same press conference in Parliament, Kulasegaran ( right ) denied that he had questioned Malay rights or privileges as stated in the federal constitution.

"But ketuanan Melayu (Malay supremacy) is not stated anywhere in the constitution. That must be clear, but this concept is now used by Umno (members)," he said.

Dismissing the police report against him as 'nothing unusual', Kulasegaran said he was not surprised by it.

"We want the police to investigate the matter in Ipoh first... in fact, they have called me and called my secretary to ask me to come and give a statement.

"But my statement is already in the Hansard. Whatever I spoke is there. I think the bottom line is, I have never questioned these (Malay) rights," he said.
