A woman shed tears of joy when meeting the Deputy Prime Minister's wife Noorainee Abdul Rahman at Machang Hospital this morning.

Che Eshah Che Mahmood,67, could not contain her tears upon seeing Noorainee's arrival at the women's ward.

"I am happy to meet her in person as I had only seen her on television," she told Bernama in Machang, Kelantan, today.

Diabetic Che Eshah had been at the hospital for three days ago.

Norainee who spent thirty minutes at the hospital also gave away hampers to 20 patients in two wards.

She was accompanying Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin who was on a one day visit to Kelantan.
