Muhyiddin wants religious schools to be gov't aided

Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin today sought consent from the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah for the state's religious schools to be registered as government-aided schools to make them on par with mainstream schools.
Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin today sought consent from the Sultan of Selangor Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah for the state's religious schools to be registered as government-aided schools to make them on par with mainstream schools.
Muhyiddin sought the consent when attending the opening ceremony of Sekolah Agama Menengah Tinggi Hisamuddin in Klang by the sultan.
