The Barisan Nasional (BN) Supreme Council meeting tomorrow is expected to discuss the coalition's performance in the recent Sibu and Hulu Selangor parliamentary by-elections.
The BN recaptured the Hulu Selangor seat from PKR in the by-election on April 25 but lost the Sibu seat in Sarawak to the DAP in the May 16 by-election.
BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor, when contacted, declined to give details except to say that "the meeting will most probably discuss the matter".
The meeting, to be chaired by Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak, who is also BN chairperson, is expected to begin at 8.30pm at the BN office at the Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC).
