Cops record statement from Wee over Perkasa report

When contactd by Bernama, Wee said he gave the statement for about one hour t the Dang Wangi District Police Headquarters.
He was accompanied by MCA Youth secretary-general Datuk Chai Kin Seng andFederal Territory MCA Youth chief Chew Lian Keng.
"I just revealed the truth, nothing to hide. I am prepared to give full
cooperation to the police at any time," he said.
Dang Wangi district police chief, Asst Comm Zulkarnain Abdul Rahman, whencontacted, confirmed that a statement was taken from Wee concerning the Perkasa eport, but declined further comment.
Perkasa recently lodged a police report on Wee's statement which they claim ould cause racial tension and jeopardise national harmony.
