Former MIC central committee member KP Samy wants BN to take action against the Indian party's Selangor information chief L Siva Subramaniam for alleged rude behaviour and lewd remarks when gatecrashing an event protesting against MIC president S Samy Vellu.

The former central committee member has sent a letter dated today to BN secretary-general Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor earlier today to that effect.

Early this month the Selangor information chief led a group of about 50 MIC members in an attempt to disrupt the second Anti-Samy Vellu Movement's (GAS) second gathering at Dewan Hamzah in Klang.

But despite a tense stand-off between his supporters and GAS members, things calmed down when the police showed up to usher Siva Subramaniam ( right) and his group outside.

"As MIC state information chief, which is one of the components of BN, he should not have used such lewd language against me," said KP Samy in the letter.

KP Samy is claiming that Siva Subramaniam uttered coarse and lewd statements in Tamil during the ruckus in the hall in Klang.

He said the lewd comments, among others, included urging the crowd to "go perform oral sex on Samy Vellu" and "go perform oral sex on KP Samy".

Maintaining Siva Subramaniam in his current post, alleged KP Samy, will leave a blot upon the image of BN and the Indian community at large.

The GAS movement was founded by MIC members thrown out of the party for questioning its president, the most vocal of these being KP Samy and the party's former deputy youth chief V Mugilan.

The movement held its first rally in May this year which went on unhindered, though rumours abounded that MIC members were moving to stop people from attending the event.
