Selangor BN Youth will submit a memorandum to the Sultan of Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah, on Thursday on the sand and water issues in the state.
State BN deputy chairperson Noh Omar (

"In regard to this, we are asking the people of Selangor to join us in
handing over the memorandum on that day," he said after giving a "ceramah" (talk) in conjunction with the "Gelombang Selamatkan Selangor Darul Ehsan" (Save Selangor) roadshow last night.
Noh said the ceramah held here and in Kota Raja received good public response compared to the previous series of ceramah, and each one this time would also have former PKR members among the speakers.
Another 17 ceramah will be held until Aug 8 as part of the 'Save Selangor" roadshow which will also raise issues such as the alleged lies by PKR advisor Anwar Ibrahim, sand mining controversy involving Kumpulan Semesta Sdn Bhd and the alleged crisis in the Pakatan Rakyat state government.
Noh said his side had obtained police permits for the ceramah although there were attempts by the state government to prevent them, like refusing the use of the community halls for the ceramah.
