Steven's Corner owner arrested for alleged assault

'Steven' Sathisilan, the owner of popular Petaling Jaya restaurant Steven’s Corner, has been arrested for allegedly assaulting a shop keeper.

Brickfields OCPD Wan Bari Abdul Khalid said that Sathilan was detained for committing an act of criminal intimidation and voluntary causing hurt.
Sixty-five-year-old Lim Tai Sun was beaten and left bleeding after Sathilan confronted him for moving food tables from his restaurant, which he had placed in front of Lim’s glassware shop next door.
The dispute happened around 8.30pm as Lim was trying to enter his shop to remove some boxes.
