Sabah BN decided at its meeting today that all state BN leaders would discuss the findings of the special laboratory on illegal immigrants in Sabah.

musa aman pc in sabah 190608 01 State BN chairman Musa Aman ( right ) said leaders of all the state BN component parties viewed with great concern the issue of illegal immigrants and felt that it needed a concrete solution.

"The state cabinet has been briefed on the special laboratory and the findings will be discussed collectively by us (state BN leaders)," he told reporters after chairing the meeting in Kota Kinabalu.

Musa said the BN was determined to find a solution to the illegal immigrant issue.

He said the meeting also discussed the issue of land, especially reserve land occupied by the local people.

Musa said he gave a briefing on the state government policies on issuing communal titles to eligible local people and on a plan to convert reserve land to state land.

He said such an approach would enable the local people occupying forest reserve land to continue staying there after they were given collective titles.

Musa said the meeting also decided on setting up a special committee to look into various issues of common interest.

He also said that the Sabah BN component parties would work on recruiting more members.
