A man's skeleton wearing a TAG Heuer watch was found in a jungle at Bukit Mantin, off Batu 7 Jalan Seremban-Mantin today.

Tree conservation centre worker Mohd Japri Che Mustafa found the skeleton at 8am while out collecting bamboo in the jungle.

"I smelled stench and on checking the area found the skeleton with rotting skin," he told Bernama here today.

Seremban deputy police chief Supt Mohd Yusoff Awang said the skeleton is believed to be that of a man over 25 years-old and was dumped two weeks ago.

He said the skeleton wearing Diesel underwear had a faded tatoo on the right calf and belonged to a man 175-180cm tall but the race could not be determined.

A box of Marlboro cigarette was also found on the man believed to have died of suffocation as the mouth was stuffed with cloth and red masking tape.
