Perak state legislative assembly speaker R Ganeson has called on the state assemblypersons to refrain from creating commotions during the third term of the assembly sitting which will begin on Nov 30.
He said he would not hesitate to take stern action against any assemblyperson who created a commotion under the Perak state legislative assembly Standing Orders.
"The sitting this time will last more than one day because it involves the tabling of the 2011 Budget and I will ensure that every assemblyperson will give his or her opinion and that they will be given time to debate," he told Bernama today.
Ganeson said 59 notices had been sent out to all the Perak state assemblypersons on Oct 28 to attend the sitting this time.
He hoped that all state assemblypersons could act like an elected representative by discussing issues concerning the people without involving political and personal issues.
