The government is willing to consider providing captured images of traffic offences caught by the police speed cameras (saman ekor) to motorists.

Home Minister Hishammuddin Tun Hussein said he would discuss the matter with the police and the Road Transport Department (JPJ) when he meet them on traffic offences committed by motorists.

"However, we cannot satisfy everyone but we will try to be fair to all parties concerned, including motorists," he told reporters after launching the 1Platoon, 1Kampung, 1Taman and the national level Orang Asli Brigade at Iskandar Post in Bera today.

He was commenting on calls from motorists for the police to provide them with the pictures of traffic offences they committed that were captured by the police speed cameras.
