And our great judiciary will say that the detention orders signed by the home minister cannot be challenged on any grounds except procedural non-compliance just because these laws are made under Articles 149 and 150 of the federal constitution that abrogates the fundamental liberties listed in Part II of the constitution.

What our great judges refuse to understand and appreciate is that the restrictions placed on the fundamental liberties in Part II of the constitution permissible under Articles 149 and 150 should not be to the extent of undermining these rights to the point of rendering them illusory and ineffective by vesting the executive with unlimited powers.

His men are running amok, they go around beating up just about everyone they like - they beat up businessman Chia Buang Hing and stole his money, they beat up Bernama cameraman Hairul Nizam Bahrin and now they have allegedly killed an Indian ( M Krishnan ), yet again.

The home minister too must resign, he is condoning lawlessness in our police force.

Justice seeker: Most Indians support BN. Hence they have to blame themselves for giving BN/Umno the mandate to do whatever they want - steal, rob, assault, murder and so forth. And now they complain the police are murderers? If only the BN was thrown out in the last general election, many Indians, Malays and Chinese could have been saved.
