your say Pakatan MPs who jumped ship are viewed very dimly by Pakatan supporters, who presumably Kita hopes to woo in the coming GE. Zaid Ibrahim will be signing Kita's death warrant should he continue to bring into its fold the other three PKR ex-MPs.

Nibong Tebal MP Tan Tee Beng joins Kita

Josephine: I think Zaid Ibrahim has lost his marbles. He should know that those Pakatan MPs who jumped ship are viewed very dimly by Pakatan supporters, who presumably Kita hopes to woo in the coming GE. Zaid Ibrahim will be signing Kita's death warrant should he continue to bring into its fold the other three PKR ex-MPs (Wee Choo Keong, Zulkifli Noordin, Zahrain Hashim). This is a very sad development indeed.

Singa Pura Pura: Tan Tee Beng, what are your chances of being returned as the MP for Nibong Tebal? Why don't you cease deluding yourself. The rakyat voted squarely against BN in Nibong Tebal. You betrayed that trust. You did not keep the faith. You gave in to your weaknesses.

Please- lah , there is no Kita or Kami or Kamu or Awak. In the final analysis, we have only one stand - whether we are with Umno or whether we are against Umno and everything it represents. I am truly ashamed that you were my friend.

Mohd: I truly thought Zaid Ibrahim was heading towards really setting up a party that would foster and nourish integrity in this weird and unethical society that we have. But his first action is already a giveaway... Tan Tee Beng?

Anonymous: It looks like BN will win again in the next general elections by just folding their arms while the Oppositions fight among themselves. Sigh. We just have too many fools among us enjoying peanuts while BN politicians keep looting the country.

Alan Goh: Tan, you did not lompat, but if you had any integrity left in you, you would have resigned as MP for Nibong Tebal for the simple reason that the voters voted for PKR and not you.

Shahrir Abdul Samad of Johor Umno resigned as MP because he could not see eye-to-eye with ex-prime minister Dr Mahathir Mohamad.

You could have done the same thing.

Kit P: Zaid Ibrahim is making a big mistake taking in this unethical operator, that is, if he truly believes in the values espoused with Kita. Or is Zaid just showing his true colours?

Makcik Har: Bravo, Tan! These PKR diehards still don't get it. Something tells me all the three bedfellows - PKR, DAP, PAS - cannot stand one another but have to put up a smiling face in public. After three years, they still have no common policy. Don't take the people who voted for Pakatan Rakyat for fools. We gave them a chance but they still cannot show us they can do the job. At least now the Devil we know are trying to make amends.

The only salvation for this country is a political party that accepts Malaysians of various races, a party that has no political baggage or hang ups. Kita is the way to go!

Bobby Cheng: Zaid, you had some credibility after leaving PKR, but with the joining of Tan of Nibong Tebal into your new party, you just revealed to us your true colors. Now we can see your tail clearly. Tan has no calibre at all, even on TV, and you gave a grand show for his entry? Good luck, Kita.

AnonymousA: It is quite a fact that we can no longer tolerate the corrupt regime of BN. So, we all should unite and stand behind Pakatan Rakyat because our sole purpose is to hancurkan (destroy) BN.

Of course, Pakatan is not perfect, but I dare safely say there are more credible people in Pakatan than BN. Give me one good BN politician and I will give you a list of good Pakatan MPs. We should lend our support to Pakatan to help topple BN first, and then, we can argue and quarrel later. We must not divide our votes if we want to kick BN out in the 13th general elections.

Only after winning, the leaders of Pakatan can start fighting among themselves if they dont like the face of each other: Azmin Ali ke, Mohd Nizar Jamaluddin ke, Lim Guan Eng ke, Karpal Singh ke or Dr Wan Azizah ke.

But now the battle is not even started, but Opposition leaders have already formed new parties, while we voters fight among ourselves and dilute the votes for Pakatan. How are we to topple BN in the next GE like that?

Pakman: Pakatan hanya baru 3 tahun, umpama bayi baru nak belajar jalan.

TSC: If such low quality person is accepted by Kita, Kita will not go far. Reasonably well informed Malaysians are discerning and will not vote the likes of Tan Tee Beng again if fielded by Kita.

Anonymous_3e4b: People of Nibong Tebal voted for PKR not Tan. By leaving PKR, he has cheated the voters of Nibong Tebal and he is a traitor in the eyes of the voters of Nibong Tebal. Not only has he cheated the voters, he also cheated PKR.

By signing the undated letter that he will vacate his MP seat if he leave PKR, he was fully aware of the content of the letter that he signed.

By challenging the letter in court shows very clearly that he planned to deceive PKR and voters of Nibong Tebal from the very beginning he was selected to stand as a candidate. Come GE13, he will be a zero. Kita, by accepting Tan, shows Zaid's desperation.
