Telekom Malaysia holds 93.29 pct of Celcom, sees unit delisted from KLSE
Telecommunications giant Telekom Malaysia now holds 93.29 percent of Celcom Malaysia after a general offer for shares and expects the unit to be de-listed from the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, a company statement said today.
Telekom has also extended the general offer at RM2.75 a share by a further 14 days to June 27 as it has received requests from shareholders to be given additional time to accept the offer, the statement said.
