The Commission of Inquiry to investigate the death of political aide Teoh Beng Hock has been postponed to 2pm today as one of the members of the commission was indisposed.

Its chairperson, Federal Court judge James Foong Cheng Yuen, said former Federal Court judge Abdul Kadir Sulaiman has to be at the Subang air base at about 10am to await the body of the mother of Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Mizan Zainal Abidin which was taken there to be flown to Kuala Terengganu for burial.
The mother of Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Tengku Ampuan Bahriya Sultan Alam Shah, passed away at the Seri Kota Hospital, Klang at 1.22am.
Abdul Kadir is also a member of the Terengganu Regency Advisory Council.
