So clearly the Datuk T trio cannot be protected under the Act since they did not give the information to the government's enforcement agencies when they first revealed the information. In fact, they refused to give it to the police until the police report was made. This is yet another baseless remark by Nazri.

1. Doesn't screening of pornographic material to public (including to media personnel) constitute an offence in its own right? Besides arranging such a viewing, doesn't it constitute a form of "distribution" of pornographic material.

2. Wasn't making such a demand to Anwar to step down kind of constitute a form of "blackmail"? So how can this be considered "whistleblowing"? If the datuks were genuinely concerned about the moral decline of the said politician, why didn't they hand the material directly to the police or to the parliamentary disciplinary committee.

Things are getting very confusing in Bolehland. One can just imagine what foreigners are saying behind closed doors about our legal system.

A 'misfit' to use laws to protect 'Datuk T'

The BN government needs to win this general election convincingly with a two-thirds majority to plunder the nation further. Rick Teo: Why should a person reveal the nature of his bedroom antics? It is nobody business if the person wish to have a consensual sex with a prostitute. Why should he be answerable to anybody?

It looks like lawyer Baljit Singh Sidhu and law minister Nazri Aziz don't even know their law. From a legal perspective, is it a crime to have consensual sex? Why should the truth be revealed? Do you wish to reveal your sex life to all and sundry?
