PAS president Abdul Hadi Awang today denied that the rally held by the Coalition for Free and Fair Elections (Bersih 2.0) in the federal capital was organised by political parties.

He said the rally, in which he also took part in, was joined by Malaysians from all walks of life.

He said this when speaking to his supporters who had gathered at the Sultan Mahmud Airport in Kuala Terengganu to welcome him on his return to Terengganu.

Hadi also said that he was treated well by the police during his detention for taking part in the last Saturday's Bersih rally.
