Shuhardi said he was questioned from 11pm to 1.30am on specific points during his participation throughout the Bersih 2.0 rally.
Shuhardi denied that he had impersonated as Baharuddin (

He claimed to have fainted twice around Jalan Pudu as a result of excessive tear gas exposure.
"When I regained consciousness, I was in the emergency ward of Tung Shin hospital and my family came to take me later," he said.
The deputy inspector-general of police, Khalid Abu Bakar, had earlier said that investigation came about after two police reports were lodged against videos of Suhardi being circulated on the internet, purportedly being that of the late Baharuddin.
The investigation is carried out under Section 505(b) of the Penal Code which concerns statements that jeopardise public order and Section 233 of the Multimedia Act relating to the inappropriate use of network facilities.
However, Shuhardi is unclear under which section the investigation against him is conducted.
