Kedah Menteri Besar Azizan Abdul Razak is expected to be discharged from the National Heart Institute (IJN) next week.

Azizan, who was admitted to IJN last Friday after complaining of chest pains, said today he was in good health but had been kept at the hospital for observation.

"God willing, I will return to Alor Setar next week," he told Bernama when contacted.
