Minister Hishammuddin Hussein said he would make the proposal when tabling the report to the cabinet next week.
Inspector-general of police Ismail Omar had briefed him on the police investigations into the matter, he told reporters at the Aidilfitri reception organised by the Perak police in Ipoh today.
Ismail said yesterday he had submitted the report to Hishammuddin.
