Inspector-general of police Ismail Omar today asked the public not to speculate on the alleged robbery of a moneychanger involving three Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission officers at the KL International Airport recently.

He said that people should have confidence in police investigating the US$300,000 robbery professionally.

Ismail was sure the Bukit Aman Criminal Investigation Department would achieve a breakthrough.

“Let them complete their investigation,” he told reporters after closing the 2010/2011 session on police science at the Royal Malaysian Police Training College in Kuala Lumpur.

Nineteen police officers received Masters degrees in Social Science (Police Studies) while 33 others got diplomas in Police Science.
