The Selangor Barisan Nasional (BN) wants Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim to list the names of the state assemblypersons, whether from the opposition Pakatan Rakyat pact or the BN, who have shown good performance or otherwise.

The Opposition Leader in the Selangor state legislative assembly, Dr Satim Diman said this when commenting on Abdul Khalid’s statement in the press on Oct 15 that additional working allowance would be given to Selangor assemblypersons who had contributed to the people and state.

“We want him to list the names of assemblypersons including from the Pakatan Rakyat. If he is afraid to list them, then what he had said was a big lie,” he said at a press conference in Shah Alam today.

Abdul Khalid was reported as saying that the additional assemblyperson’s allowance as announced in the last Selangor state assembly sitting did not involve an increase for all assemblypersons in Selangor, and the additional working allowance was an incentive given to the assemblypersons based on the work done such as visiting their constituencies regularly.
