Skudai state assemblyman, Dr Boo Cheng Hau suffered losses of about RM800 when a burglar broke into his clinic at Taman Universiti, Johor Baharu, this morning.

NONE Johor CID acting chief, ACP Che Yusoff Che Ngah said Dr Boo's worker only realised that the clinic was broken into at 8am before police received a report about an hour later.

"Police investigations found that there was no damage to the clinic," he said today.

Che Yusoff said police would investigate the theft based on the fingerprints left by the suspect.

Meanwhile, Dr Boo - who is Johor DAP chief - claimed that the incident was the first time since the clinic opened 13 years ago.
