According to previously published figures, October industrial output was up 11.3 percent on the year and 4.9 percent on the month.
In November, manufacturing sector output grew 14.9 percent from a year earlier, electricity output was up 1.7 percent while mining rose 1.6 percent, it said.
The month-on-month decline in November industrial output was due to a fall of 7.4 percent in electricity and 4.3 percent in manufacturing, with a small increase in mining output of 0.1 percent, it said.
For the 11 months to November, the Statistics Department said industrial output was up 8.8 percent from a year ago, supported by growth in all sectors. - AFP
