More vehicles were seen on stretches of the North-South Expressway (NSE) this afternoon, with heavy traffic reported on several stretches.   

A PLUSLine spokesperson, when contacted by Bernama, said traffic was moving slowly to the city as people started returning to the city after the Chinese New Year holiday.

“Traffic was slow between Seremban and Nilai due to the high number of vehicles,” he said.

He also said that there was a congestion between Bidor and Slim River due to a minor accident at the stretch.

Meanwhile, the Malaysian Highway Authority’s website reported slow traffic movement from Sungai Buloh to Bukit Lanjan, Gopeng to Tapah and Bidor to Sungkai on the North-South Expressway.
