A spokesperson for the family said Ibrahim (

) died at 7am at the Kuching Specialist Hospital.
Ibrahim was a director of Kristal Harta Sdn Bhd and executive director of Sarawak Pulp Industries Sdn Bhd, and had served in the Royal Malaysian Police force.
He will be buried at the Demak Jaya Muslim cemetery in Jalan Bako in Kuching after the Zohor prayers today.
Ibrahim is one of the 13 family members of Taib Mahmud singled out by a number of NGOs for "abuse of public office, corruption and conspiracy to form a criminal organisation."
