The Attorney General Chambers should explain to the public the action taken pertaining to the sex video which allegedly featured an opposition leader, Cheras Umno division leader Syed Ali Al-Habshee.

He said the people were waiting to know the outcome of the investigation into the case.

"The people are wondering why, and until now, the Attorney General is keeping quiet and has not issued any statement on the outcome of the investigation and action to be taken in the matter," said Syed Ali in his latest entry in the Cheras Umno blog .

This, he said, had resulted in the sex video issue to be manipulated by the opposition parties, including blaming Umno for planning the sex video scandal.

In April last year, Inspector General of Police Ismail Omar was quoted as saying that the recording of the sex video which allegedly featured an opposition leader was authentic.
